Jigsaw Corp. The Full Story

Jigsaw Corporation (JC) was an american holdings corporation for the entertainment brand Jigsaw Network, Music, Reviews, and Kidz which was then brought to the newly formed company. Jigsaw Corporation was started when atve brown became CEO of Phiz Corp,LLC He had plans to re-brand the entire company and thus began Jigsaw Corporation  on July 7th 2017. The company took the name just a week after the subsidiary network Jigsaw Network re-branded itself. The company went onto to start various sister networks but all of them were failed attempts. Jigsaw Reviews was the very first attempt being a primary focal for children 12-17 who like to watch PG-13 content and nightly reviews. The network was a great idea but the idea fell through due to funding being very short and Jigsaw Reviews was a dead idea. The company then re-branded Jigsaw Reviews into Jigsaw Music but it never made it past the concepts and logo making. then Jigsaw Kidz was made to replace the network and it went onto be the only sister network that was a success but it fell through quickly due to funding as well as the others. Months go buy of OK reports (JC) started a foundation called "The Donettra Foundation" which was committed to helping (JC) and also giving scholarships and helping support many charities in anyway possible. Unfortunately in January of 2019 Jigsaw Network's raiting went down by 67% and was falling at a rapidly rate. This was bad for (JC) and the company began to loose money and filled for bankruptcy on February 20th of 2018. the following month an agreement was reached and (JC) was bought by a private equity firm that had brown involved. They then went onto a hiatus for a few months. (JC) then returned and announced on July 18th that it has been re-branded into Jigsaw Entertainment Inc (JEI) the company we all know and love today. JEI had fired its CEO and replaced him with a CEO group they called "The Label" they turned the company around massively starting the very first profitable sister channel "Kidz Toonz Tv" it launched one award winning series "Peanut Butter N Jelly" it was a success but was cancelled due to the network being re-branded into "RXTV" which is still active to this day but hasn't been profitable yet. JEI then launched a parent company they named "JEI ASSOCIATIONS INC" it was an OK turn but it made things weird in the company. It began the rebrandment process for Jigsaw Network to become Jigsaw Family. a family based channel. it sounded good but Brown but he wasn't sure. So on September 15th brown was fired from JEI Associations Inc.s American division. He then launched his family owned holding company Brown Family Management (BFM) the following Week. Brown bought sued JEI Associations Inc for firing him for unsupported reasons. He won the lawsuit and JEI Associations has been forced by the US government to sell JEI America and all of its subsidiaries to BFM for a large amount of money. Now JEI America has been re-branded into JEI LLC and is fully owned by BFM. JEI currently operates JEI Media,  and JEI Funding Inc. JEI Media owns channels Jigsaw Network, And RXTV (premium based channel) It also owns Lexia TV (Australia Only) And its production company's RX Productions, Jigsaw Productions, And Austin Entertainment. JEI Funding Inc. Operates "The Renold Foundation" Only. JEI LLC and its subsidiaries all operate in In Austin Texas. And is run under the leadership of Tim Sparks.

2020's Edition -

In Jigsaw Media announced that it would operate outside of the JEI but would still be owned and leadership and council would still exist between the two. Jigsaw Media also announced the 2020 Jigsaw Network Crossplatforming with sister network RXTV. Copy right agreements have been signed and new content is set to be released in early 2021.
